chocolate stains on sofa

Can anyone help?

My clumsy OH managed to drop chocolate, which it all melted on our fabric sofa. I managed to clear up most of if - using good old Stardrops, but now that it's all dried, there are still some dark stains in the fabric that I can't seem to get rid of.

If you have some borax, damp the stain and sprinkle with a little borax then scrub very gently with an old toothbrush. Then rinse.

You could also try with a solution of bio wash powder and then rinse the solution by dabbing with cold water and a damp cloth.

    HTH :)

Had a chocolate stain on the carpet - used a solution of bicarbonate of soda and it came out like a dream, it is the alkali that breaks down the fat apparently
