Kiddies square plastic table and chairs!

Hi all

Its my littleuns 3rd birthday soon and we have got him a playhouse (he loves them!) My parent want to buy him a little table and chairs to put in there and i really like the little tikes ones but cant find them anywhere, they have newly released the Classic table and chairs but they are only available on their website which is american!

We ideally want a square one with atleast 2 chairs and plastic would be better as it will stay in the playhouse so need to be wipeable etc.

Anyone any ideas where to get one from??? Have searched ebay and allover google but can only find wooden ones or round plastic ones... or of course some that are over £100!!!!!

Any ideas welcomed!

Wilkinsons have tables and chairs for under a fiver.

I bought mine from asda but i'm sure i haven't seen them in a while, worth checking the chair was 99p and the table around a fiver

I have just had a toys r us leaflet through the door and there is a kids table reduced for £4.99 and the chairs are £2.99 each or 4 for £10.

I have checked and they are not on the website

Hi have a look at step2direct.co.uk they have a lifestyle table and two chairs for £49.99 in their childrens furniture section and step 2 products are very similar to little tikes as made of same solid plastic construction so would be great in outdoor playhouse

just thought i'd let you know i bought a table an chairs for my niece's little one for christmas from ikea.

the table is actually a pretty sturdy coffee table in blue which is similar to this one but it was on sale at £3.99 instead of the £7.99 and they are pretty sturdy:-

As for chairs, i picked up a couple of these for £1.50 each instead of £2.99 as shown on the webisite in a bright green so they actually go really well together with the table as they are kinda kiddie colours when together and will do either a boy or a girl as the table although blue is a kinda purplish blue.

They had this too for £12.49 which was actually quite nice, but the set i got was a bit bigger but this is good as the chairs had backs on them if this is what you are after but the seats and table top are just plywood but could be painted or stained if you wanted to match a colour scheme.

hi in my early learning centre catalogue they have a solid looking square table for £16 and two chairs for £16 in blue looks quite good should be able to get in store or online
