Do you mean tbsp or tsp?
tablespoons seem a lot as the recipe only has 4oz of flour.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4

I use this recipe - for 6 muffins it uses 1/2Tbs baking powder. From experience, I use twice that and double the recipe, hence 2Tbsp

I understand with your recipe as it is 5oz of flour for 6 muffins, but the op's recipe only uses 4oz of flour for 12 muffins so I'd go with 1/2tbsp of baking powder or 2tsp's.

Serve 'em hot with some nice vanilla icecream and chocolate sauce if they're looking a bit iffy!"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"
