Tried to order last night and gave up, been trying again today and though I can add things to my basket I can't check out.They must lose so much business from people who give up trying to get an order through.

How DO you get past checkout? I get an error message. Have tried allowing cookies like they say but still get the same message

I am using Mozilla rather than IE so maybe that is why I had no problems checking out?
Apart from the time factor (had a nap, 2 coffees and 3 fags before I completed the transaction LOL)

Thanks. I've only got internet explorer on this laptop but I'm thinking it'll probably be quicker to download firefox than wait for it to go through via IE.:rotfl:

I've tried IE, Mozilla and Google Chrome, makes no difference. Very late at night or very early in the morning are the only times I've had success. It's usually just the error message though - definitely their site, not your PC. And I sent an email complaint but the response just said try at another time, intermittent issues, should be fixed soon - but someone else on here got the same reply weeks ago!
