i had two loans with this company, one which has been paid off and another which has a ccj against it, not that i am trying to avoid payment of the ccj. but i was looking on the fsa website and noticed that they are no longer authorised by the fsa. what does this mean and should/do i still have to pay.

Must mean they are either incompetent or dodgy or both0

It probably means that that they have stopped offering insurance - same as many lenders.
FSA authorisation has nothing to do with being able to offer loans, which requires licensing by the OFT and nothing more.0
