Have seen a nice jacket for Mum that would be a god gift off Dad but trying to avoid postage costs.

I know they have had a few 20% off weekends so hoping for more!

I've had something through the post to say there's a 20% off day on Thursday, 3 December. This may be just applicable to BHS loyalty cardholders though.

if you are ordering from the website, a word of warning, I ordered 2 xmas presents from the website on 18th November, no money has been taken for it and no despatch email either. have the email to say they got the order but nothing since. if you are wanting things for xmas, either go to the store or order as soon as you can, thanks op.

I'm glad you have said that cause i thought i was the only one who was having problems

I ordered 2 items on 15th November and had a confirmation email through and have only had one item arrive. I havent had any emails to say its been dispatched so i dont know if they were supposed to pack both items in the one box or if im still due the other item in a seperate parcel.

Trying to phone them is a nightmare, they are only open 9am to 5pm monday to friday which is when i work and cant call. On the 2 occassions ive been home in time to try i cant get through to anyone and im placed in a queue until i get cut off when it gets to 5pm! They have no email address to contact, so im at a bit of a loss at what to do? :mad:

hi jewelleryfan, i was wrong in my initial post, the money has been taken from my account (it was for a less amount as it took off some of my paypal balance to pay for it) so they have got the money for the items.

ive tried all day today to ring the customer services line and no-one answers, it just says they are busy and they cuts you off. ive tried every option and it says the same thing. ive phoned my local branch and they say there is nothing i can do, and that they only have the one customer services number.

its left me with no alternative to raise a dispute with them through paypal, hopefully someone will be able to help now ive done that.
