    Declaring my total for December £216.93

    My whole total for 2009 is a whopping £4,934.41:j

    I hope I can do as well next year even with everything thats going on here. I shall have a first house to buy, wedding and probably a funeral to pay for and organise

    Have a great new year everyone. I've got a cold and headache but I'm going out anyway as I don't plan to start the new year without a few drinks with my friends and fiance

    If I include our £100 xmas cash gift I've met my target so decided to include it LOL
    Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
    1) MFW Nov 21 £202K now £172.5K Equity 36.11%
    2) £1.6K Net savings after CCs 14/8/25
    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £25.6K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.2K) = 31.4/£127.5K target 24.6% 1/9/25
    (If took bigger lump sum = 53.3K or 41.8%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise)
    (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)
    5) SIPP £4.8K updated 29/7/25

    got £100 from my dad for xmas so will add that on so my total is £292.45

    Happy new year everyone! Declaring my total at £539.51 - very good total this month due to unexpected Christmas bonus at work. Very pleased with my year's total of extra money; will be aiming to beat it in 2010!

    Ogh, and my total for 2009 is £4419.05!

    I'm declaring at £136.43. I fell just short of my £155 target - but I'm still pleased with the result.
