Well done everyone on keeping going with the motivation. I am struggling big time. I have calculated our budget for next year and this challenge money is the only way of us having a holiday so really need to achieve target and yet am stuck. Yesterday I made £1.55, today £1.95 so much catching up needed. Mystery shops in my area seem to have dried up too haven't done one for weeks.
A quick question too for those on BP, I have lost motivation for that as I used to do the slots as it was fairly quick to go through your points but how long realistically does it take to use 2000 points on the bingo - even though I am desperate, I can't justify hours and hours of my time to get a £5 voucher - I have a special needs child and its trying to balance the need for a holiday against lumbering my husband with the responsibility. Any other ideas also welcomed. Have a lovely day everyone and sorry for rambling.
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!

  • Oooooh!! Over £100 profit on ebay sales this weekend. :j When it all hits my account and I've deducted the extortionate ebay fees  I'll update my sig. Should put me at over £200 towards my total. Have to say not expecting much more than that coming in now as I'm not ebaying any more till the new year. Might get lucky on bb though so who knows...
  • Hi guys, i can't believe i've not posted yet this month! Many apologies, the moneysaving hasn't stopped i just kept forgetting to update mu siggy! lol

ok, this is what i can remember for this month so far! i'm sure there will be more to add:

£6.99 saving coz my OH kindly used some leftover credit on a waterstones gift voucher to get one of my dads xmas presents.
£49.44 of savings on xmas presnts using amazon vouchers + discounts
£5 off a firebox order from a voucher they sent me coz i hadn't used the site in a while.
£5.27p from firebox because a different voucher code for my second order was accepted but not deducted, should be refunded to my card any day now.
    £6.77p from an amazon sale
£30 cashback from pet insurance (which coincidently was £180 cheaper when accessed through topcashback.com! original M&S quote £330, cashback £150+ £30 cashback!!!!! i'm not greedy enough to count the £180 tho lol)
£18 of tesco vouchers used to buy xmas presents
£75 saving, coz i was shopping with my dad after a father-daughter accountancy tagteam tax tribunal, and my feet were killing me (classic pretty shoes that murder you slowly) and he snook off and bought me a pair of fancy Doc Martins for work  :D :j  :T

Total for December so far = £196.47!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek::eek:
it is so scary to think that even last xmas i knew so little about the MSE ways that i spent about £400, this year i've spent half that, earned airmiles for most of it, and saved over £100!!!!!!

There is a seller on Play and Amazon that seems to have nearly every single item I ever check to list myself and I think its the MM people. They are called Zoverstocks - has anyone else noticed this?
