    OH did a little job for a friend and got a cheque for £50... Won't be able to pay it in until Friday tho so would like to count it in Dec!
    Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
    1) MFW Nov 21 £202K now £171.8K Equity 36.37%
    2) £2.6K Net savings after CCs 10/10/25
    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £27.9K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.25K) = 34/£127.5K target 26.6% 10/10/25
    (If took bigger lump sum = 60.35K or 47.6%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)
    5) SIPP £5K updated 10/10/25
  • After a bumper month and three goes at this challenge and hitting the target, I think it's time to up the ante. Put me down for £15 a day and I'll see how I get on.

  • Put me down for £5 a day, please. I've been very inspired by the November thread and as I'll be moving in Jan/Feb it'll be good motivation to de-clutter via eBay!
  • I haven't taken part in one of these for such a long time but count me in - I have a pesky credit card to pay off and a big Quidco payment due on the 1st of December which will get me off to a great start!

    Can I just quickly say thank you - as I was peeking in here again (still a bit too nervous to commit... sorry!) and noticed the scratchies bit "...twice on sundays" - I religiously complete my LW bingo but totally forgot about the double sundays thing! Took my 10p winnings today up to £1.10!
