Eh??? Martin makes a large amount of money from this site:rolleyes:

Doesn't the money go to charity? I'm sure it used to.

Clearly the boost to Mr Lewis's profile creates a monetary gain for his media work. I don't begrudge him it though - he filled a big gap in the market.

The site has given to charity, but I believe it's still a money making (quite large sums too) site.

The affiliate links will be making him a ton of cash.

Maybe I'm a helpless capitalist, but if this site makes Martin money, good for him. Lets face it, the more money it makes him, the less likely he is to ditch it when the hastle gets too much.

  • I don't care if it makes Martin money or not, he has really helped me save money in all aspects of life and he should be thanked for that. This new mp3 site is brilliant, and makes it much easier to find tracks at the cheapest price. Thanks, Tiger x

No, me neither, no problem at all with the idea of it making money - thats the whole point afterall. Sorry if it came across that way. As with most business's, you need something to project you forward, for "MSE" as a brand, this site is it I would guess. Launchpad to other things.
