  • Have not posted for ages but am back after a very expensive few weeks hoping for a few quiet ones.

Hoping to spend nothing today. Was going to play crazy golf with ds in the park but he had such a tantrum on the way there that we came home! not so much fun but much cheaper...

Nothing because by the time I finish college and walk back to the flat the only place that will be open is Tesco and I'm not walking all the way there and back for only a few items that I can get tomorrow if I really have to as I have the time then. Saves me money so I don't mind so much.

free4440273, I don't think I've seen you spend a single thing since I've been on here! Are you eating?!

A bit of an expensive day for me, but I'm trying to shop weekly now, so should have a few more no spend days this week :

    £1 for a colleague's leaving present
£13.90 on 2 tickets for the Ben and Jerry's Sundae (not v DFW I realise, but I'll get half back from BF and the day involves all the free icecream you can eat!)
£8.53 on groceries for the week (hurrah for the storecupboard challenge!)

I'll need to get some ladies' essentials (grrrr:mad: ) later, so I guess I'll be around the £25. The most I've spent since coming on here!

    Have a grand day all.
  • Popped to the Co-Op today to get a few bits and pieces – hooray. :D Total came to £8.73. Included a large punnet of peaches (9 peaches) for 99p – how wonderful…. :p Must get my monthly Tesco shopping list sorted out though… I’m not a good shopperer though I do like pushing the trolley thingy about and peering into other peoples to see what they’re buying…

Then off to the Coffee Shop - £1.40 and along with the car park fee of £1.00 the total for the day is £11.13. :)
    :)The £2 Coin Savers Club = £346.00 (£300.00 transferred to Savings a/c)
