Just called them up and there was a problem with my order thats why I didnt get a confirmation email but the department I need to speak to were busy So I need to call back, I will not be happy if I call again and they are out of stock and I dont get mine As I have my order number but just no email

I phoned up to check on my payment and they said it had definitely 100% gone through. However.... the money is on a pre-paid bank account which texts me the second I spend something! So I know it hasn't been taken. Bizarre.

Thanks very much, I've just ordered the 'Life' David Attenborough series for £15. I'd love to say it's a Christmas present for my Grandad or something, but no - it's for me!!

When I opened the account they gave me £1000 to spend - I paid by card in the end but I was quite shocked by the high limit. Good job I'm fully into my MSE ways or I'd be sorely tempted...

Apparently they need to do checks to give you an account thats why mine hasnt been confirmed yet, but I went to pay with card not account but she said they still do a credit check regardless. So beware!!!
I said to cancel everything and I will just pay by card over the phone but as i technically have an account I cant do that grrrrr
She said it should be sorted later on its just taking time as they are so busy.
Asked her what would happen if by time my account was processed the item was out of stock and she said there isnt anything she can do about it. Bloody great! So I would of went through all this for nothing!!
