Roxburghe Debt Collectors

Can someone please give me some advice RE: Roxburghe Debt Collectors. I had a 3G contract mobile in 2004 which I cancelled the contract or so I thought I had. I am now getting abuse and not pleasant phone calls from Roxburghe of whom I have never heard of before. I have lived at my current address for over a year now and never seen a single letter from them. When speaking to them on the phone they have told me that they have sent numerous letters to me yet I haven't received them. I spoke to a guy called Thomas back in September and ask him to send me the letters via recorded delivery and guess what I never got them. I told them that if this is a genuine debt I would pay £15 a month to settle it providing they sent me all correspondance.
I seriously do not know what to do about this anymore. I spoke to anyother nasty individual from Roxburghe tonight asking for the letters but he said what was the point when he had just told me what the debt was for and their solicitors Graham and White would be taking me to court.
Can someone please give me advice on this, I can't take much more and have no way of proving I cancelled my 3G contract back in 2005.

Lots of threads about this bunch. They are not real solicitors and won't be taking you to court.
It is their responsibility to prove that you owe them money, not your duty to prove that you don't!!
You need to be sending them a prove-it letter and complaining to the Ombudsman if they persist.
You could combine these two letters:

And don't talk to them on the phone!0 -

Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.
