got a card thru saying I could switch back on my Sky Digital subscription and get it 1/2 price for 6ths OR get a new box and dish - for 3 mths full price sub.
There is a simply code to quote and special phone number.

looks like u might need a special code?
the one I got was simply a mass printed postcard with no special/ unique codes... just call the number and tell them COMEBACK 1
