It may seem a bit bizarre but I've just been to a newsagents to check out the Cosmo bride and found that
- it cost £3.49
- on page 97 (or rather 98) there was a voucher for a beauty treatment but nothing about L'oreal.
I believe it was Feb/March edition. I am a bit confused...
