To be honest do people that enter via the web actually win? I was entering via the web on the program called the mint and sat there for a few hours every night for 2 weeks doing this. Which i know is really bad, but anyway everytime i entered details 99% of the time it would say sorry your not in the next round. Every so often it would say am in the next round and i was giving a number and code to phone up but surprise surprise it would say sorry your not in the final round. I dont think people win doing it this way as i honestly sat for a few hours every night for 2 weeks.

I've done that too, it used to be 100 entries per show but went down to ten. I have never got through to the Mint, but have got through to Quizmania on ITV2 a few times and to the one on ftn, although that doesn't seem to be on at the moment. I often enter DOND too.

I personally think that the so say "random selection" of the player is a fix. Do you remember when Lucy got picked after 50 shows? It was a hugh coincidence that there just happened to be a red box under the table for her from the banker with the number 50 on. I'm not too sure about the rest of it though.

further more ... do you notice that whenever a player gets picked there family member or support is always in the audience ready to give that little bit of advice? Do all there families have no jobs or just very understanding bosses who can give them unlimited time off!!!???!!!

yeah because if they didnt know when they were going to be picked their family member would have to attend every show!! and like you said havnt they got jobs!

some of the players must give up their jobs to appear on the show, so what happens when they win £1!!:rotfl:

If I remember rightly they only film on Sundays and Mondays and they film 2 weeks of shows in one week over the 2 days, so people aren't really there for weeks. I live near Bristol and know a couple of people who have been in the audience!

Will check if you like, but I know they film more than one show a day :)

They film 3 shows a day Monday - Friday.

However, the audience always has a family member because they aren't chosen randomly. The production team choose the player, secretly invites their family down but the players dont know when they are going to play until their name comes up on the screen.

They've filmed upto October now - Noel was on Jonathan Ross and I'm sure he said they do about 6 to 8 a day.

Plus did you notice how Lucy was dressed in shabby clothes up until the day she got picked and then was all dressed up posh on that day?

Also the other day there was a guy in a wheelchair. If he was picked at random how did they have time to build a ramp up to the hot seat and a barrier so he didnt fall off?

i sent an e-mail to channel 4 to request details of the comparison between winners from phone or web asking for the numbers.

i eventually got a reply which stated "Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately we do not have that information available but I can tell
you that phone entries and web entries are treated equally. Sorry to
    disappoint you on this occasion.

    Kind regards
