DEO Employer took wrong amount

I have a DEO and pay £750 per month (400 towards arrears) After i complained to CSA they recalculated my assesment and it was a slighty lower figure .They then sent another DEO for £350 (old amount of maintenance) payable 28/11/09 then it goes back to £750 28/12/09 .My employer deducted £750 this month even though they had 2 weeks to sort it out.
Who should i chase CSA or employer

Depends how far in advance your employer makes up the wages to be processed. If they got notification too late maybe there wasnt anything they could do about it. But on the other hand maybe CSA hadnt informed them yet0

Our payroll is run about the same time as the letter arrived (10,000 employees) .But there won't be many with DEO .Im off work just now but going back on Monday after an operation .So will give payroll a call then .0
