I have just found an old pass book dating back to 1992/3. It shows that I had savings between these years and the final amount was £14.75. I undesdtand that B&W has been sold or bought a couple of times since then - Bank of Ireland and Britannia. Am I owed anything with these transactions and how much interest would I have made on this amount over the years. Every little helps!!!!! Also how do I go about reclaiming anything.

With an amount as low as £14.75 it is doubtful you would receive any bonuses/windfall when B & W were taken over. There may well be some interest over the past 16 yrs, but doubtful if it would be more than 5% per annum average, maybe even less.

Look on Britannia website, they may have details on repayment of dormant accounts or a contact email/phone no.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
