    I've just placed an order. Added my items to the basket and Express Delivery was showing up as £0.00.

    I'm not very computer savvy, but would clearing your cookies perhaps help Kimmy?

    Aw, poo - I paid for standard delivery the other day and the item still hasn't shown up yet! Doh! :o

    I'm sure it will turn up today, when I last ordered it was delivered at 4pm by a delivery compay named Home I think? They deliver between 9am and 5pm

    Have you tracked your order to see if it's been loaded into the van yet?

    I ordered at just gone 10 yesterday morning and received my order at 11 today. It was delivered by the Home Delivery Network.

    If you put your UPI (Unique Parcel Identification) number in www.hdnl.co.uk (The number will be in your dispatch email) it should be able to find it for you.
