Order granted by the court

Back in 2004 an order was granted against me in court for an ammount i was contesting .1st 3 sittings same judge was fine 4th sitting judge awarded to CSA as it was a stand in judge .
I have the figures presented to the court and now have a recent breakdown of my account and the figures are less as they have all been corrected .
The CSA lawyer who was nice to me said that they can't take a penny more or a penny less than what they had in the papers .
Can i go back to court to prove that they mislead the court to gaining the order as the figures were less than what they were seeking .They ended up puting an order on my house and we had to pay them money out of the sale of our house 3 years ago
Any feedback would be appreciated

Did the case close in 2004??
What was the amount in the papers and what have you paid??0 -
No case is still ongoing .
They were awarded the order for £9500 and after i paid something off to the arrears when we sold the house we had to give them £6800 from the order0 -
so you owe £2,700?0
-
No
I had paid £2700 towards the order but they had secured it against my house .So when we moved my lawyer had to pay them £6800 so they could lift the order on the house .No according to them i still owe them £8k ish which i am contesting .They have dragged their heals with the DP prints so they are sending the clerical ones tomorrow and the electronic ones next week once they are sorted out .
Been through the mill with them now ready to fight back as i wasn't in a position to years ago .0 -
Anyone any ideas ? :j0

There are things that you can do but the CSA take any notice of them even when they admit they are at fault, I doubt it.
Anyway, contact your MP and see if they will do anything and if they will take any notice of them. That is your first point of contact.
Try a complain to ICE as well. Then take it to the Ombudsman.
See if the press are interested, try your local paper and the Mirror as they may take the story!
As I say it is doubtful if they will take a blind bit of notice as they do believe that they are not accountable to anyone.0 -
Ill try that0
