Terms And Conditions

1. This promotion for The Diploma is promoted and hosted by Bauer Consumer Media Limited (“Bauer Media”).
2. Bauer Media is a company that is registered in the UK with Company Number 01176085 and with a registered address at 21 Holborn Viaduct London EC1A 2DY. Bauer Media’s VAT Registration Number is 486400442.
3. Entries to the Kiss Promotion will be accepted (subject to these terms and conditions) from Tuesday 24th November 2009 until the closing date on midnight Tuesday 8th December 2009 Any entries received outside of the promotion period will be deemed invalid.
4. All entrants must be resident in the UK. The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of Bauer Media.
5. Employees, families or agents of Bauer Media or COI or any of their associated companies are not eligible to enter the promotion.
6. Only one entry per person and per household is permitted.
7. The promotion can be entered on https://www.totalkiss.com/diplomas
8. Participants will receive a laptop worth £1,000.
9. The participants will be selected at random and will be notified by telephone. If the Participant fails to respond within 3 days, Bauer Media shall be entitled to select an alternative participant and the Participant who has not responded will not be entitled to a ticket.
10. By entering the promotion, all entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. Bauer Media may, at its sole discretion, change any of these terms and conditions at its discretion and post the details of any such change on its websites. The decision of Bauer Media is final in respect of all matters connected with the promotion.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed and performed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.

I have seen a similar competition, but I'm not sure if they are separate or if that is in Game Over, because I can't find it.

Martin's Doll, T&C's link shows that a link to the Kiss entry, and although his OP link contains a link to Zoo, its only one entry per person - per household for the comp itself, not each site.
