What do you guy's think? It will give us some breathing room for the next 2 years, we plan to overpay over that period to get our LTV to under 75% (it's 81% atm)

We started on 25 year 3 1/2 year ago so we have 21 1/2 remaining. The half year comes from the fact that we would have had to have repaid the £1000 assistance if we re-mortgaged before now. Worked out quite well as we ended up on SVR, which was lower than our fixed APR ;-)--
