Homebase 10% weekend- this weekend

Homebase 10% days! - the laminate flooring we were going to buy has just gone up by 20% in Homebase, with a get second pack half price offer.

This still makes the overall purchase more expensive than last weekend.

Bit of a dirty trick in my opinion

Dirty trick if you want laminate flooring... They didn't however put everything in the store up by 20% so still useful for some of us to know there is a 10% weekend

friends and family 15% discount is the following weekend 4th and 5th December.
so if you know an employee and want an extra 5% off wait a week.

Tried to order a sofa this morning online using the discount code. For some reason it just wasn't working for me.
Was going to go to the store to order it instead but waiting for a parcel.

Just happend to go onto the Argos website and the same sofa is on there at the discounted price. (this is showing as the normal price and not the discounted price like Homebase.)

I have now brought my sofa from Argos instead (on-line) using Quidco 3% cashback (only 1.5% for Homebase.)
Also got the £10 voucher and used the free delivery code from Quidco.

So saved more with Argos than with Homebase. So glad now it didn't work this morning.

I did post this earlier today but no matter...the discount is only for Friday and Saturday as far as I am aware...no idea why it wouldn't work :rolleyes:

Sorry...new to this...don't know what you mean by it had just been bumped...it's been removed? I'm sure that loads of people post things that have already been posted by mistake and have no problem...don't get me wrong!

To have a thread "bumped" just means that it's been added to, which has "bumped" it up from page 367 to the front, that's all. If you run a quick search before you post a new thread it helps avoid duplicates though.
