  • You will get everything. CSA staff notes, your records and letters they sent you.

Helped me more than ever, best thing I ever did. Okay I got them after the LO was passed through the courts, but gives me so much ammunition if needed. Hasten to add, since I got them in April only received one letter through my solicitor saying they were investigating the total.

Nowhere near going to court or them reducing the rate, as they have simply left it too long. They probably know original MEF was never sent to correct address or workplace (in house CSA notes indicate that), so all that will be used if ever needed. The fact my case closed in 2005 and they have copy of ONE letter sent since 1997, won't help them much either.

I am hoping they had screwed up along these lines with me as well .I have copies of letters that they gave me for going to court a few years back and they have the wrong address on it etc .I have new evidence that they have screwed up about dividend payments as well .So hopefully i have a cause for complaint .
  • Emphasis is on you to prove you were not at that address.

    Quite easy

Mortgage and bills at another address

and to top it all off lawyers letters (on behalf of ex ) ;)
  • THE DP files will be pretty extensive. Don't expect any details of what your partner has tried to do, that will be blacked out.

Thingis CSA_Help revenge is a dish best served cold ;) No point in getting wound up at about because the truth will out and one day your child WILL understand.

We have been down the same route as you and ended up with a £15K bill, but the kids know how hard we tried and we still have a good relationship with them.

Good luck with your DP files :D

LOL Got the lot today and i think i will donate 6 trees :rotfl:

Quite a few black marks but not had the chance to read them completely yet .There is lots of vital stuff missing i.e when i purchased a house in 1996 .They have the enclosed copies of the endownment policy and a mortgage statement but not reflected this on an assesment .Better still no mention of that address at all until after i had left .;)

Does that mean that the ex has asked for a revision which i suspect

    Thanks
