An Idea GUARANTEED money saving on phone bills.

As most of you realise, a lot of our money goes on phone bills. I got fed up of this in february 2005. I bought a £25 top-up and after 4 DAYS it was gone?! I don't even remember using it that much, and a couple of people borrowed my phone for what felt like 2 minutes. I'm sure most of you can relate to this! I sat down and thought to myself... which phone calls I made and which text messages I wrote were actually needed? Was I just contacting people for the sake of it, because I had credit?
I stop buying it for a while and to tell you the truth, I didn't miss it very much. There's always phone boxes within reach, or if not, I have asked to borrow a mates phone. Emergencies RARELY happen and if a serious one happened, you wouldn't need credit to call 999.
I have not, to this day, bought any credit, and my life has been exactly the same. I have saved a lot of money (probably hundreds of £'s!) and people can still contact me if they want to because I still have a phone.
I don't believe in paying so I can speak to people!
Top money saving tip=> Don't buy credit for phones, or contracts, just have a phone so people can contact you. I recommend it.

"There are two groups of people in the world:
Those who can be categorized into one of two
groups of people, and those who can't..."
I am sure than you can't be sure of anything apart from the fact that this statement is true.

If everybody gave up their mobile phones tomorrow, then there would be less people to annoy the hell out of me at gigs - these people wave their phones at the band, taking blurred pictures, or even worse - talking to their mates through the entire set.
However - nothing beats the 'One-Hit Scousers' who turn up to a gig and talk through to their scouse mates the whole time apart from when the band play the one hit single that they recognise, when suddenly they start jumping up and down like mad things, going crazy. Take Keane at Manchester Apollo, for instance. A gang of One-Hit Scousers suddenly decided to park themselves in front of me 2 minutes before Keane came onto the stage. They talked and talked and talked and talked and talked some more. Then - suddenly, when Keane started playing 'Everybody's Changing', they went crazy and were all singing along. As soon as Keane went into the next song 'Snowed Under', they went back to their conversation. Wasters.Mortgage Feb 2001 - £129,000

Just get a 12 month free contract, then you got free minutes, and the contract is free eventually0

Completely free if you remember to claim back at the right time (and they don't muck you about too much).
That last one is a big IF though, because if they do, your out of pocket by afew hundred quid.
Anyway, do it right, dont go over your allowance, and it won't cost you a penny. You'll also have a top of the range phone.0 -
