  • Hi just to make everyone aware if your registered with the site and ordered online before then they register your details and card details as just found out. Clicked on buy it now if it was me and it straightaway gave me a order ref and said it was 20 pound, so cancelled it striaghtaway on my open orders and rang them aswell to check that it was cancelled once it was confirmed i put it through but this time with the codes. Just something for people to check when ordering with marks and spencer

I tried the gold glimmer body stuff on in M&S a few weeks ago and loved and the perfume was nice, and told my Mum I would buy it on offer! It was all nice but not worth the full price they were asking!

what the returns policy on this, does anyone know? Thinking of getting it for SIL but think she may send her Mum back to M&S to exchange it

If you order online, only the person who bought it can return it for a refund.
If its after xmas and your SIL wanted to return it then she will only get the price it is in the sale

But when I worked in m&s a few years ago it was policy not to accept returns on beauty items etc, unsure if it has changed
