How to confirm the association between Telogram and capQuest?

A fairly straightforward one, this.
Earlier this month I received a letter from Telogram trying to connect me to somebody with the same first and last name as me who used to live at an address nowhere near anywhere I have ever lived.
I 'phoned them (yeah, I know ), told them that's not me and said in future I will invoice them £20 per letter for all further communications.
Today I have a letter from capQuest offering me a 50% discount on a debt bought from [STRIKE]Abbey[/STRIKE] Santander.
What I want to do now is get a flurry of letters off (Telogram, capQuest, Trading Standards (in my area, the area covered by Telogram's registered office, the area covered by capQuest's registered office), Data Protection, Santander, etc).
The plan is to issue a 7 day invoice then issue a county court summons on day 8. Obviously, in order to do that I need to prove that the two are sister companies that share data. If I can't do that then I'll just send a letter to them specifying my charges for all future letters.
So, is it possible to show connection between the two companies so that I can issue my first invoice today?
TIA

Go to http://www2.crw.gov.uk/pr/default.aspx
Search for company numbers:
05484229 and 03772278
You will notice that they:
a) Share some registered addresses (the Fleet, Hampshire ones)
b) People listed as running the company are the same.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I've now written them a letter telling them what the must do next (unreseved apology, unlink the debt from me, and confirm this within 7 days), or I will write 22 letters (Data protection, Trading Standards, etc) for which they will be invoiced at £20.00 per letter.
I'll let you know what happens

I like your style!
I'm willing to open a book now on this event and offer odds of 1/1,000,000 that you get not one penny.
But seriously good luck!Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?

Hmmmmmmm......
I missed the bit about charging them and then taking that to court.
(teach me to skim read, and go off to look up the answer to one issue without reading the rest of the post

You can only charge for letters if you have the right to under a contract, or have done so as part of a service provided (solicitors letters etc).
I also wish you luck, but your energy would be better directed towards complaints to TS, OFT, etc that you mentioned.
If you take up vexatious action against CrapQuest et al, then you are only likely to get THEIR court costs awarded against YOUFree/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thanks for that Fermi. Fortunately, I haven't sent them yet.
Is it really vexatious to say you are knowingly circulating incorrect information and if I have to spend time and effort correcting it I will recoup my time and costs from you?0
