Hi I was wandering if any one can help?
I have just relocated to a new town and have got a job but am waiting for CRB clearence to start my new job, i finished my last job at the end of october, my Husband has already started his job and we have found a flat we would like to buy. But i am worried that because i have'nt started my job that i wont be able to get the mortgage.
Does any one know if this will go against me?

If you have a signed contract and/or start date there are lenders that will still agree the mortgage for you.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
