EDIT - Search of this board suggests this is a SPAMMY site - enter or not as you wish but be aware.

From the metro - can't find expiry date

www.opinioniser.co.uk/mac

Redirects to:

http://www.opinioniser.co.uk/competition/press-apple-laptop

Log in or register and pick three numbers for an instant win. Maybe it expires when it's won (I didn't win!). Can't find an expiry or specific T&Cs.

Prize:

Apple MacBook Pro - 15.4", 2.53GHz, 4GB memory, 250 GB HD. Plus Samsonite bag, Apple Mighty Mouse device, and a pair of speakers.

Searched on both links and "opinioniser" so hope it's OK.

Ugi.

Sorry but I'd think a bit of spam may come from this comp given the privacy policy. It's up to each member if they wish to enter of course:D

    eg from the policy.............
    • pass on to selected companies to provide you with other offers and promotions

    General Rules:

    Found here: http://www.opinioniser.co.uk/rules

Most significant is that the purpose of this site is to pass on your contact info to others:

    • On registering with Opinioniser and when entering any instant prize, each visitor agrees to receive information via e-mail, and other channels that is appropriate given the answers to the questions on each competition. Specifically, where a visitor has answered a sponsored question, the visitor's details will be passed onto the sponsor. Visitors should expect to receive communication from Opinioniser, its customers, sponsors and other organisations including - but not limited to - Offerscentral or Optin Data that can provide relevant offers. Opinioniser will also use your information to facilitate communication between yourself and others.
You may get less spam by not answering the questions....

Up to you in the end.I tend to post links where possible but try not to copy/paste too much. Some do but this is a broad church & we all interpret the advice from mse in our own way.

Assuming that you don't wish to enter any more of these then you should be able to opt out of anything further:

    From their privacy policy:

You have complete control over the use of your personal information by Opinioniser.
We want the opportunity to make you offers and unless you are willing to agree to this you can't enter the competitions. However this permission can be revoked at any time through your account page or via an email unsubscribe link. If you do decide to revoke it, then competition entries already made will remain in force.

another permission marketing company and one of those sites that share there prizes, if the prizes seem to good to be true it's because the prize is shared between numerous sites and even though the comp is on all of the sites there is only one prize winner

    Taken from the rules
Data Media & Research ltd will not enter into correspondence on any of the rules
Data Media & Research ltd are the people who run the Pick Me Up instant win competitions and Win four now
