I would like it to say her name and the year 2009.

I bought one for my son from gettingpersonal. co. uk (sorry can't post links)
There's quite a selection to choose from with different images on the front, then the name and date are printed on the reverse. I highly recommend them!

Hi don't know whereabouts you are but we went to Warrington at the weekend and there was a stall doing ALL kinds of personlaised ones, even ones that you could put all the familys names on, they were £6.99 and were porcelain. There could be something similar nearer to you that does the same kind of thing.
