Well we decided we had to claim family tax credits what with being bankrupt we need all the money we can get!!
of course heard all the bad things about them But had hoped they might be getting there act right by now?
But i think we were wrong!! yesterday we had 3 lots paid in to my wifes account now how come we got £154.51 in 1 month??we are only meant to get £547.50 a year!What should we do wait till next month and see what they do?We dont want the OR to think we have loads of spare money without our child benifit we have no money left at all,is this the start of a long !!!! up!!????

I've no idea, but can they be backdated three months?

Hi, they paid me twice a couple of weeks back and I recieved a letter yeasterday, telling me I can phone them and pay it straight back or it can come of my weekly amount over 10 months.
