Ulster Bus Tours

Options
Hi

I have seen this very nice tour on Ulster buses website that I would like to book for my parents as a Christmas present - the website is allows booking online. However is it possible to book over the phone? The reason why I am asking is because the tour is a little out of my price range so if it could be reduced even fractionally that may help or is it a case of the price you see is the price you pay?

Thanks in advance

  • I went to Belfast at Easter and went on one of the tours - It was one of the main ones round all the sites. I hated the tour, lots of cars and pedestrians were very mean and beeped at us or did V signs as we went round.

I suppose As you would maybe expect some people dont appreciate a load of staring tourists on a bus driving down there road.

I could almost guarantee you that is the case, though there may be a slightly lower price for senior citizens on some tours.

PS. The Translink website is rubbish. I don't know how anyone understands it.

Some Northern Ireland people are stupid that way. I saw a bus load of Japanese at Carrickfergus once - when they got out a crowd of kids stood and laughed out loud at them.
  • Thanks for your help guys - I communicated with Ulsterbus and asked for a small discount the answer was a resounding no.
  • This thread is very sad :-( Personally, it cheers me to see a bus load of tourists going past and I always smile....
Feel free to thank me, it makes my toes tingle and my ears go warm :T
