what happens to my bank loan now????
anyone following my old threads will know i am paying back a bank loan to lloyds (when its finally sorted on whom im meant to be actually paying as also get letters from collection agencies) ...........very long story but it was found to be unfair lending and the bank let me pay back £5 a month and they reduced the amount by nearly £2000,00......(took all interest and charges off)...
will they now be able to go back on the amount and add the £2,000,00 back on or does the old amount still stand? after the recent court case today??

they can't go back on it if they've already agreed to it in writing.
