ive been asked to clear 600 quid off mine and its 0%for the next 6 months,just paid it off but it is abit annoying espaically because as son as u complete you can put 1000's on um.

I have just been told by my solicitor that they wont check my cc have been paid off, its down to me.

But whether the bank will check is another matter, but I am not taking any risks and mine will be paid off before I move - will be literally the same day, but it will be paid off. :-)

Spoke to solicitor yesterday about this. Because this condition had only been 2 small lines and they hadnt mentioned it in the paperwork he had missed it himself. He tells me it is unlikely they will not check and that unless they stipulate he must have confirmation then he wont mention it to them. He does say I need to be ready to pay them off anyway.

Completion date of 18th Dec :j.

Should have them paid off by this date (will have to work 60 hr weeks until then to achieve this) but will be worth it!

Thats good news then! So he thinks they are more likely to check than not?

Its very unclear what the procedure is with this, and I dont really want to ask the bank? Have they said anything to you?

Mine will be paid off the day I move, pay day! Hoping to complete the 18th too. So good luck with yours.

No he thinks it is highly unlikely they will, yet we plan to have money available if they push it. He said it was very vaguely mentioned at the bottom of the offer and that they should have been more specific.

Don't really plan on asking the bank as I don't want to draw attention to it.
