What size gammon would I need?

Hello all,
Forgive me if this info is posted somewhere already, but I need to get an idea of what sort of sized piece of gammon I will need for dinner on Sunday.
It'll be feeding my Mum and Dad, DH and me and SD1(18) and SD2(14). Both the girls are quite good eaters but SD2 is not a fan of veg so fills herself up on meat and roast potatoes :rolleyes:
Also, would you serve a stuffing with it? If so what sort?
