cd-wow voucher question

• I've used vouhcers from different sites then gone through Pigsback & still always had my order

That's because pigsback, Quidco etc are not giving you a discount for going through their sites, they are giving cashback/points. If however, you go through a link that actually takes money off the cdwow prices and then combine it with another voucher for money off, then they will cancel the order.

There are £1 off links available on some of the forums for any DVD or any chart CD.

If anyone has any 'surplus' £5 cdwow vouchers then I would certainly be happy to help them out with them ;)

I seem to have applied for heaps in the last few weeks but have not received a single one from them.
Your really can not beat a good bargain !!!

oh what bank code is that then and how do i find it?
• I went through one of the 50p or £1 off links and used a £5 voucher which I won on Tombola - they cancelled the order and I lost my £5 as when I tried to use the voucher again without going through the discount link it said that it had already been redeemed. Some orders may get through but you risk losing £5 for the sake of saving an extra £1 or 50p so not worth it in my opinion.

No point in emailing to complain either they just ignore your e-mails. They have also ignored 7 e-mails (so far) about a box set ordered for Christmas which never arrived, so another £20 lost there :(

One of my old £2 off vouchers had expired. I sent emoaned saying it had expired when there was no end date and they emailed me a new code within 5 hours - Hi

Thanks for your e-mail message.

I have sent you by separate e-mail an E-Voucher which you can redeem on your next purchase at CD-WOW

Please note that once you have entered the voucher number successfully you will not be able to amend your order selection as the voucher number can only be used once. You can only redeem one voucher per order.

If there is anything else I can do for you please don’t hesitate to get back to me.

Kind Regards

Kim

I used:

To: help AT cd-wow.com
Cc: reply AT cd-wow.com
plus the internal email system through 'my account' plus a personal contact email address for their affiliate manager - no replies to any of them despite several attempts.
