Mortgage / Tax Issue

I earn £46,000 a year gross but I do not pay tax so as a result I take home £3500 each month (after pension). Are there mortgage lenders that lend based on affordability as I find they will only lend on my annual income although you can appreciate that to earn the amount I receive each month I would have to be earning around £64,000 a year if I did not pay tax.
Can anyone advise me? or point me in the direction of a fair mortgage lender

The key question is what does your income consist of?
Is it salary or benefits? What's the mix?
Why don't you pay tax?0 -
I don't pay tax as I work offshore and have done for the past 7 years. There are no benefits it is just my wage alone I receive.0
