Nope, it was the halifax basic one recommended on here but there was a declaration to say that you've never entered into an arrangement to pay with creditors, so I couldn't finish the application.

Maybe what you need to do now is to go in on a lunchtime, enquire about a bank account and ask loudly if the bank has ever been in financial difficulties before storming out going "I'm not putting my money in here - it's far too unsafe!"

Elfen, I think if some of the things we did in the privacy of our own homes were held up for public scrutiny, we would all look a bit sheepish! There are plenty of things that I would rather not 'explain to the group' thank you very much... :rotfl:

But that doesn't make us weird, it makes us normal. :D

Pap I was only being silly as well :D

Its very easy to get trapped in the negative as you say and I like being positive but sometimes I feel people on here get annoyed by it so I try to tone it down a little...also though there's nothing wrong with a good moan/rant as long as you can leave it behind afterwards :D

Aww Becky, don't feel you have to tone anything down. You always make me smile with your positivity and different way of looking at things.

Snags, there are many things I'd only do at home...the world doesn't need to see me having a fidget and making silly faces at the mirror......and that's the reasonable stuff. Everyone's weird in our own way, just some of us weirder than others.

Actually, most of my weirdness has been captured on FB in glorious technicolour...so I think people are already pretty aware of my 'little quirks'! :rotfl:

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
