Silver sash belt

Hi all,
Hope you can help, I've bought a lovely Coast dress for my bf's work Christmas do. http://www.coast-stores.com/CHABLIS-DRESS/Dresses---view-all/coast/fcp-product/2224679979
(I think it looks much better IRL! I looked at it online and dismissed it but out of about 20 dresses I tried on it was the best)
The bow is a removable "sash" tie-style belt of the same material as the dress, and I want to liven it up slightly by using a silver one instead. Problem is, I've been googling and can't find anything similar, all I've been able to find are those big tasselled scarves...
Anyone got any ideas about where I might be able to get something? I would get some material and make one myself but I don't own a sewing machine!
TIA,
Caroline
