Job: Administrator at "Jamie's Italian"

Slightly random opening I know (!) but as I'm going out for dinner tomorrow at Jamie Oliver's new restaurant, I thought I'd check out his website, and I noticed that he is currently seeking an Administrator, ideally with payroll experience, for his new Cambridge restaurant (opening Feb 2010).

At the bottom of the page there is also the opportunity to apply for various jobs both in Cambridge and in his restaurants in Bath, Brighton, Canary Wharf, Cardiff, Guildford, Kingston, Oxford and Reading (though I'm not sure whether there are any actual vacancies at this moment in time. Might be worth sending in CVs anyway?).
