Hi,
I only bought the cheap sort with the plastic base (not the posh wooden ones!) but my experience was:
First bought 2 x green check sunloungers in Homebase for about £19 each, at Easter. They're pants! One started to fray within a week, one of the side ties then came off in my hand and finally, as the buttons are so loosely sewn on, one of them 'pinged' off leaving a gaping, unsewn tear/hole...
But!
off I went for a refund last week and got cash back on both, no problem (even though I had paid in vouchers that I'd bought for 70% of face value on eBay!).
Then today, I have just purchased 2 x cream flowered version for £23 each in Tesco. True to form, I used a Sainsbury's £10 off £50 spend coupon (bought something else to make it up to just over £50 spend) and a handful of money-off butter coupons for good measure, to get my final bill down to £32ish. Also got clubcard points too (saving like mad for a holiday in 2007).
Can't yet comment on how robust these new sunloungers are though...:rolleyes:PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
