9. Prizes are as follows:
   1. Grand Prize: There is 1 (one) grand prize available subject to conditions outlined at the point 2 and 10. This consists of the services of a professional chef who will prepare and cook a 5 (five) course dinner at the winners home for the winner, alongside a maximum of 7 (seven) other guests as chosen by the winner.
   2. All guests must be over the age of 18.
      The dinner party will be arranged at a mutually convenient date for both the host and the chef and must be organised and take place before 20th December 2010 and cannot include bank holiday weekends.
   3. The five course menu will be devised by the chef with some input from the winner and will incorporate the use of Maille products
   4. Where advised dietary, allergies and religious requirements will be taken into consideration where possible.
   5. The prize will include all ingredients required and a selection of alcoholic drinks paired to each course. A selection of non-alcoholic drinks will also be provided.
   6. The winner must have appropriate cooking facilities to enable the chef to cook and work. Appropriate cooking facilities in this competition are classed as follows; fully working oven and hob, sink with running hot and cold water, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and sufficient preparation space.
   7. If necessary, the promoter will, as part of the winning prize provide additional cooking and serving equipment including but not limited to crockery and glasses.
   8. The winner must have an appropriate sized dining table and chairs for the number of guests they invite (maximum of 8 (eight) people in total).
   9. The winner is responsible for ensuring his/her guests are safely transported to and from the venue.
   10. The winning prize will also include all necessary washing up and clearing of the preparation area once the dinner party has taken place.

AB World Foods Limited accepts no responsibility (except for as expressly required by law) for any damage, loss, liability, injury or disappointed incurred or suffered by any entrant or those participating in or using any prize as a result of the entrant entering the prize draw or accepting any prize
13. AB World Foods Limited shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
14. The closing date for receipt of entries is 30th April 2010
15. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries, and will be notified by telephone, email or post within two weeks of the closing date.
16. If a winner has not contacted AB World Foods Limited within 28 days of the first notification, then AB World Foods Limited reserves the right to re-draw the prize, in which case the original winner(s) will forfeit any rights to the prize(s)
17. Detail of the winner(s) can be obtained by sending a SAE marked Maille Ultimate Dinner Party to AB World Foods, 42, Kingshill Avenue, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4AJ within 21 days of the closing date of the promotion.

Should you not submit a picture or should the picture submitted not be readable or simply unusable, Maille UK shall provide a picture to go with your recipe.
