    I was under the impression that the preview has been out a while and orders placed with the special code (that apparently only worked on the account of the customer that was sent the catalogue) had to be placed before 5th (or similar) May. ;)

    The courier for my area told me she was just delivering them today, but there wasn't one for me and she had no spare ones. :(
