Ello,
Just a quick heads up on an offer I've just seen through Quidco/Dell.
They're currently offering a 46% cashback plus an additional 15% off (with a voucher code) through quidco for a couple of models of Dell Projector. Only one is really worth looking at, the 2400MP. Its a good spec, and taking into account the £400 cashback and discount, makes the projector about £600.
3000 Lumens max, 2100:1 contrast ratio, xga (1024x768) etc. Bulblife is 2000-2500 hours.
Not sure if its considered 'HD Ready' (buzzzzzzzz....) but it displays 720p and 1080i. Doesnt have HDMI/DVI though (but has component).
Projectors are a good alternative to conventional screens. I used to have one myself (until I downsized my house!). Picture quality with a decent screen tends to be better than LCD/Plasma plus you have the added benefit of having a 100" screen (or as big as you can fit!).
Dell cashback is pretty much guaranteed and takes about 2 and a half months to come through.

I already posted this offer earlier this morning on this forum.
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=210080
But for some reason the moderators decided to move it the Discount Codes 'n Vouchers (online & offline) forum.Even though its a cashback offer.:rolleyes2

I am hoping to persaude my work they should be ordering one with the 15% off and I will selflessly order it through my quidco account on my cashback cc and charge it to expenses so they don't even have to pay for it till the end of the month...I think....0

Sorry Knight, I did look but didn't see anything (obviously as yours had been moved!)
Not sure why they'd move it. It is a 'grabbit' as its only a temporary offer and primarily it isn't a 'voucher'
My workplace has already ordered one. As with 15% off, its a great deal!DONE: Great North Run 09! Raised £452 for the National Autistic Society

It's a good deal, but the lack of DVI/HDMI means that those wanting one for home cinema use should think twice. DVI is Soooo much better than component video - I know, mine does both :-)0

You can save ££££ on the Dell Projector 2400MP using Quidco. The usual price of the projector is £999+P&P at £9.99 and VAT.
Using Quidco, you can get £615.39 off the projector to bring the price down to £462 inc VAT and delivery.
How to do that?
Read http://www.quidco.com/computers-software/dell/. I have not been able to access my account the proper way since I am not in the UK right now. Quidco checks for your IP.
What do you get?
A projector with a UXGA resolution support and next day business exchange. Links are a man's best friends.com0 -

How do you get it down that far? I thought that the main 46% discount was off the ex-VAT amount?0 -
I think there's an extra 15% Dell discount as well?I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!0
-
I've got it at £617.72 inc vat & delivery...
Apply the voucher to get 15% off. This brings the price down to £849.15 plus vat, so £1008 inclusive.
Quidco gives you 46% of the vat exclusive price back, so 46% of £849 is £390.61
So, pay Dell £1008, get £390 Quidco cashback, net price delivered = £618.
Still a nice bright pj for the cash, though it's better suited for presentations and business use than for home cinema. A good projector for the home will have a native widescreen panel, and a higher contrast ratio... This won't be capable of projecting anything close to a proper black.::Quidco.com - £1100 in 11 months. Kerr-ching! ::0
