How can i work out exactly what his wages should be after tax/ni and pension?

Hi all, please move this if its not in the correct forum i wasnt sure if it should be tax or work forum

My dp wages change literally every month have never been the same despite not getting overtime etc. its always 20-50 differnt. This month he def hasnt got any overtime, no holiday pay basically completly normal wages....how can i work out what it should be? sounds simple but its the NI bit that throws me as he pays into a pension

Annual wages 25.991 Paid FOUR weekly
5% of pre tax/pre ni goes into a pension
But he then gets a bit back thro NI because he is NI category D

So is there a online calculator i can use?
Thanks in advance

I have not seen any calculators that use cat D NI the easiest way is to use the tables. These may give a slightly different answer to his payslip as they may be using the exact percentage method but it should be only a few pence different. Only tax is worked out on the gross less pension Ni is worked on the full gross. To use the tables take the four weekly figure and divide by four, find the employees contribution figure in the weekly tables and multiply this by four.
