5% Deposit by me and 5% Vendor Mortgage help!!

Hi,
I'm currently looking at properties and wondering if people know of any mortgage lenders who accept a 5% buyer and 5% vendor deposit mortgage? (I believe Abbey are 1 of them)
Ideally I would like to save the full 10% myself but it has already taken me 18 months to get to the stage I'm at now.
The property value is £140k and both me and my partner have a good credit score with no CCJ's or problems.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated and no doubt knowing me I've left something important off I should have added :rotfl:

You'll also need moving costs, solicitors fees, survey cost and stamp duty (if you buy in the new year) on top of any deposit you might have.
Best thing to do - carry on saving and buy when you can afford 10% yourself.0 -

I've already taken in to account for the above including Stamp Duty, if I was to save for the other 5% it could take me another 12-18 months to do this, when (IMO) the property market will have picked up; also with my current living arrangements buying a property sooner rather than later would be a lot easier for me0
