I understand cs is paid until the child is 19 what happens when the child has finished college and is 18 9course over ran by a few months) but is not going back to college and is looking for a job does cs still be paid until they are 19?

    Child support is payable only whilst the child is in education, you will not get child support now that your child is looking for employment.

    I thought it was payable until the pwc stopped receiving child benefit.

    Only up until the child is 19, even though child benefit may sometimes be paid until 20.

    If the child who is under 19 is looking for a job - ie, not in further education, then child benefit should have stopped & therefore, so should CSA liability.
