Fixed rate ending soon, no contact from RBS

Hello there,

our fixed rate is ending after our december payment, so not far away!

but I'm wondering when RBS should be contacting me?

i spoke to an advisor on the phone in october who stated they would be writing to be shortly, however they seem to be leaving it late?

i wont be able to go to another lender, as i'm more than likely either in negative equity or very close, and i now have a terrible credit rating - mortgage hasnt been in arrears before though.

just thought they would have offered me a fix?

as it happens i'll be reverting to their SVR in january, unless they offer a decent fix.

is this normal?

infact since moving in i havent heard from RBS, no statements or anything.

would have been nice to have some time to discuss with wifey whether or not we would be fixing or going on SVR and trying to overpay something at least.
