Went to Joules sale at Rockingham today, arrived at 9:30 and queued for one and a half hours to get in! Lots of good offers (as posted above) - I got three pairs of Indiana cords for £10 (usually £45 each)! Was easily worth the wait!
It's still on tomorrow if anyone thinking of going, loads of items size 8 and size 16, and for kids size 9-10 and 11-12. Wrap up warm though, the queues may be shorter tomorrow but it's still a cold wait!0 -
I went to Rockingham today as well, arrived at 09:40 and the wait was about 2 hours to get in - it was freezing, it was a real wind tunnel. Toilets were abissmal - no loo roll, hand towels to dry your hands (make sure you take your alcohol gel and plenty of tissues). Queue for coffees/bacon rolls was really long (probably best to take a flask) and make sure you wrap up really warmly!!!! Apparently they can only have 350 people in the room at any one time and they were letting people in, in batches of 20.
Some really good buys- worth the wait. Becareful though about looking at the prices as many peole pick things up and then change their minds and just discard their unwanted items wherever, so they aren't neccesarily in the right priced area. Certainly this was true in the childrens area - 5 items for £30 (but this does not include polo tops from this season that are £10 each - can be differentiated by 'H' on the joules tag)
Childrens accessories 5 for £10 includes hats and scarves, gloves are £1.00.
Ladies pastel pink gillet were £20
Ladies jackets were £30
Beautiful knee high ladies leather boots down to £40 but they only had size 3
This season childrens polo shirts £10 each
Other childrens - 5 items for £30
Ladies sweatshirts are 3 for £60, as are ladies polo shirts (individually they are £25 each)
Lots of trousers are £5 each or 3 for £10
Wellies and wellie bobs are £10 apart from Burghley ones which were £20 (again watch out for people abandoning things in the wrong places)0 -
Anybody know if there are any Joules Warehouse sales due anytime soon?
Went to the Boden sale in Exeter last week which was great but my Joules collection could do with a little boost - surely there must be another warehouse sale somewhere before November time?????0 -
Just phoned Joules Customer Service - she said there 'might' be another clearance sale at Newbury Racecourse this year but they often don't know the dates until 2 weeks before. The best advice she had was to sign up to their mailing list and look out for the announcements. Also worth following them on Twitter. They had a 20% off code on 6th May that I didn't know about - doh!0
