Level 21 too. All the others seemed so logical.

I too got stuck on Level 21. I did a google search for a walkthrough (I know, I know - cheat!) but it appears that it is a common stumbling block. Without giving it away, it appears that alot of people think it has to do with the speed of your computer - so those that have old computers will get past this level, whilst those that don't, won't - unfortunately.
